Welcome to Mount Pleasant Road Brewers Taproom + Bar, located in the heart of residential Belmont. Our Taproom is a haven for seasoned craft brew lovers and those who would like a quiet drink at their local.

Our ten taps pour locally crafted brews, with nine dedicated to our own Mt. Pleasant Rd beer. From crisp and refreshing larger and pilsners to hop-forward IPAs and rich, velvety stouts, you’ll find seasonal favourites, experimental brews and classic mainstays.

  • The Taproom has a delicious selection of deli tinned seafood, olives, dips and speciality chips.

    We also have guest food trucks and delivery partnerships with local restaurants and food providers.

  • Children are welcome at the taproom. As a very small venue, and on a major road, we ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times. Children are not able to order or sit at the bar.

    Please book a table if you have a large group with children so we can find the best place for your group to enjoy their visit.

  • With a seating capacity of 30 inside, we highly recommend you book a table if you have a group 4 +.

    Outdoor and bar seating is also available.

  • Yes, you can eat your delicious street food in the taproom providing you purchase drinks from the bar. Alternatively, you are able to purchase food from the provider and take away.

  • Dogs are welcome anytime at our outdoor tables. If the taproom is quiet, we will welcome well behaved pooches inside however they may be asked to leave if the venue becomes busy. It is up to the discretion of the bartender on duty if it is a dog appropriate time.
